This policy explains what information HatNapN collects when you use hatnapn.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have tried to write it in plain language.

Information you give us

There are two places on this site where you can send us information.

• The testimonial form. If you submit a review, we collect the name, location, rating, and review text you enter, and your email address if you provide one. We also record the date and time you gave us permission to publish the review.
• The chat assistant. Messages you type into the chat window are sent to our AI provider to generate a reply, and we store the questions asked so we can improve our FAQ. Please do not enter payment details, passwords, or other sensitive personal information into the chat.

How we use it

• Reviews are read by a person before anything is published. If we publish yours, your name and location appear publicly on this site. Your email address is not published.
• Chat questions are used to understand what customers want to know and to write better help content. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
• We may contact you at the email address you provide about your submission.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, which is used to keep the site running, diagnose problems, and limit abuse of the forms and chat.

Buying HatNapN

We do not sell anything directly on this site and we never see or handle your payment information. Our buy buttons take you to Amazon, where Amazon’s own privacy policy and terms apply to your purchase. As an Amazon Associate we may earn from qualifying purchases.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make this site work — our web host, our database provider, and the AI provider that powers the chat assistant — and only as needed for them to provide that service. We may also disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it

Published reviews remain on the site until you ask us to remove them or we retire them. Submissions we do not publish, and chat question logs, are kept only as long as they are useful for improving the site.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you have given us, including asking us to take down a review you previously agreed to publish. Email info@hatnapn.com and we will take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
